You should vacate on your day of departure by 10:00am.  New arrivals should find the cottage available from 14:00pm.

Please note:- the prices are inclusive of the usage of duvets, bed linen and towels, but cot linen is not included.  All electricity is included in the tariff.

Breakages must be paid for by the tenant.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the property.

A well behaved dog is welcome, but must never be left alone in the cottage.  The dog's owner is also responsible for the removal of all doodies from the garden.
